Pour Les Femmes is a socially conscious sleepwear company founded by actress and activist Robin Wright and designer Karen Fowler. The two friends started their company with one goal in mind: to make simple, beautiful, and quality pieces while creating economic opportunity for women in conflict regions around the globe.

At Pour Les Femmes, they believe comfort and security are fundamental rights for every human being. When Robin first visited Congo and learned of the unimaginable struggles of many women in the area, she was compelled to create a product that would not only provide comfort for our customers, but also security for women living in conflict regions.

When these women are the given the opportunity to learn a skilled trade, and the ability to work, they are able to provide for themselves and their families, while contributing to their local economies. With every purchase you make from Pour Les Femmes, you are directly affecting the life of a woman by giving her work, stability, and hope.

The Ragdoll story begins with the idea of a perfect threadbare tee: that slouchy, soft silhouette with a rock ’n’ roll edge that you spent hours scouring for at the flea markets of Los Angeles or Paris. From there, they created a collection of effortless, elevated essentials that blend LA’s laid-back lifestyle with Europe’s casual chic vibes.

Previously a globe-trotting fashion buyer, Ragdoll founder and designer Lisa Larson started the brand in 2013 to create pieces for her own vintage-inspired closet. “I like to dress classy with a touch of sexy, vintage, and rock ’n’ roll,” she says.

Her designs are inspired by women with effortlessly cool style from around the world — the girl who can pull off a lived-in oversized sweater with distressed denim and boots during the day or with leather leggings and heels at night.

“All my vintage treasures that I love have fallen apart at some point,” Lisa says. That’s why she designed comfy, off-duty staples — like our signature track pants and frayed-hem shirts — that you’ll want in every color. And while some might call them basics, our pieces are anything but: Ragdoll’s wear-with-anything silhouettes can be worn casual or dressed up. It’s not just how you style them; it’s all about how you wear them with confidence.
